Mick Ronson
Mick Ronson, born in 1946 in Hull, England, was a guitarist, arranger, and glam rock cornerstone. Best known as David Bowie’s collaborator in the Spiders from Mars, his searing riffs and lush arrangements defined albums like Ziggy Stardust. Ronson’s work on Lou Reed’s Transformer and his solo albums, like Slaughter on 10th Avenue, showcased his versatility. With a flair for theatricality, he also collaborated with Mott the Hoople and Ian Hunter, leaving a lasting glam legacy.
